We do not publish fixed rates because every event is different: a magic mirror for three hours in Barcelona does not cost the same as a 360 with a technician for two days at a Madrid trade show. Here is what affects the price, and your quote gives you a fixed figure.

Six things that change the price

The booth

Each model has its own price: the magic mirror, the 360 with a technician, the AI booth or the Vogue photocall.

Hours and days

A three-hour event, a full day or a trade show over several days.

Branding

The strip template or video frame is included; a booth wrap or a new back panel is quoted separately.

The city

Transport from Barcelona and, outside Catalonia, the team's travel.

Set-up

Very early or very late times, upper floors without a goods lift, or set-up the day before.

Several booths
